Meet Sanni

...your chatbot for mental well-being, always there to listen to you. With cutting-edge AI, Sanni speaks your language and is available day and night.

Sanni is our solution to the continuously increasing demand for accessible and straightforward mental support.

Why Sanni?

Do you know the feeling? You're feeling down and want to talk to someone, but getting to a professional help can be time consuming and complicated.

Since 2022, Swiss health insurance covers the costs for psychotherapy, but long waiting lists are unfortunately common – on average, people in Switzerland wait at least four weeks for an appointment with a psychotherapist. And if you decide to pay for therapy yourself, the cost can quickly become a burden.

We have a solution that helps you personally and on immediatly.

What we offer

Available for you 24/7

You can chat to Sanni anytime to seek support. Sanni is your safe space and your personal information is secure.

Intuitive conversations, science backed

Sanni is as understanding as a person, so chatting feels natural. Our approach combines profound psychotherapeutic knowledge with an intuitive platform. Sanni is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and continuously updated with more knowledge.

Your mental health companion

Sanni is there for you as a first point of contact and as your personal companion, not as a substitute for therapy. However, Sanni provides guidance and support. If needed, it directs you to specialized services to ensure that you receive the help you need.

Sanni is currently in an alpha phase. We would be delighted if you would test Sanni and leave us your feedback. This way, we can ensure that future versions of Sanni meet your exact needs and desires.

Moreover, Sanni can already provide a significant amount of support, and if you have an urgent concern, Sanni might be able to help even now.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & more

Self-reflection & Evidence-based Effectiveness

The goal of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) is to identify and change harmful thought patterns and behaviors to improve mental well-being, as supported by numerous studies. CBT is often recommended as a first-line therapy because it is effective for a wide range of psychological disorders.

Problem-focused & Goal-oriented

CBT is focused and structured, concentrating on current problems and offering concrete steps for effective change in thoughts and feelings. CBT combines intervention with tasks meant to be carried out in everyday life, making it an ideal model for a bot that can remember.

Adaptive & Individualized

If CBT does not seem optimal for the user, our AI-supported approach allows for an adaptive adjustment of the therapy form. Thanks to continuous learning, the bot can suggest alternative therapeutic approaches and remembers past chat histories.

Mission

We believe no one should have to face their mental health issues alone.

Our vision: A world where everyone, regardless of location and time, has access to high-quality, personalized psychotherapeutic support.

With the growing demand, the availability of psychotherapy in Switzerland is decreasing, and important therapy slots are being lost due to a new insurance model - our chatbot addresses this issue precisely.

Through our psychotherapeutic AI chatbot, we reduce the long waiting times and high healthcare costs of traditional approaches, creating new paths to mental health.
